Claims (3)
1.ยาสีฟันชนิดข้น (toothpaste) ซึ่งวัฎภาคของเหลว(liquid phase) ประกอบด้วยสารทำให้ชื้นนั้น สารทำให้ ชื้นประกอบด้วยสารละลายที่เป็นน้ำโพแทสเซียมอะซีเตตอย่าง น้อยก็มีอยู่บางส่วนโดยปริมาณของโพแทสเซียมอะซีเตตที่มี อยู่อย่างน้อย 2.5% โดยน้ำหนักของยาสีฟันชนิดข้น
2. ยาสีฟันชนิดข้นตามที่ได้อ้างสิทธิไว้แล้วในข้อถือสิทธิ ข้อที่ 1 นั้น ปริมาณของโพแทสเซียมอะซีเตตอยู่ระหว่าง 2.5 ถึง 25% โดยน้ำหนักของยาสีฟันชนิดข้น
