A disposable diaper consists of a permeable top layer, an impermeable back layer, and an absorbent core enclosed and distributed by an absorbent pad and placed between the top layer and the back layer. The core is formed laterally on the top layer with at least one indented groove running from the side of the top layer to the side of the back layer, and this groove is enclosed on both sides by the top layer. The core contains water-absorbent fibers and super-absorbent polymer particles. These water-absorbent fibers and super-absorbent polymer particles are placed between the top layer and the back layer along the buttocks of the groove. 2. The disposable diaper consists of an anterior and posterior waist area in the longitudinal direction, a crotch area extending between these two waist areas, a permeable top layer, an impermeable back layer, and the absorbent core placed between these layers. The liquid-absorbing core is enclosed by an absorbent and dispersing pad. A pair of grooves are created by longitudinal projections parallel to each other on the sides of the top sheet of the core on both sides of the crotch area and are compressed in one direction from the side of the top sheet towards the back sheet where the buttocks and side walls are covered by both top sheets. Such core contains water-absorbing fibers and superabsorbent polymer particles, and such water-absorbing fibers and superabsorbent polymer particles are arranged between such top sheets and such back sheets along the buttocks of the grooves. The distribution density per unit area of superabsorbent polymer particles in the core is higher between the parallel projections than outside the grooves. 3. Disposable diapers according to claim 1 in which the water-absorbing particle portion is completely connected to such absorbent and dispersing pad by adhesive. 4. Disposable diapers according to claim 1 in which the water-absorbing particle portion is connected. 5. Disposable diapers under any of the claims 1 to 4 where the absorbent pad is completely compressed against the core and the absorbent pad in a wet state. 6. Disposable diapers under any of the claims 1 to 5 where the absorbent fibers form a thin layer of higher density than the absorbent fiber density around the depth of the core and in close contact with the absorbent pad along the buttocks and side walls of the groove. 7. Disposable diapers under any of the claims 1 to 6 where the absorbent fibers are fluff fibers. 8. Disposable diapers under any of the claims 1 to 7 where the density of the distribution of the superabsorbent polymer particles gradually increases in the direction of the thickness of the core from the top sheet towards the back sheet. ---------------------------------------------------------
