Claims (2)
1. สูตรผสมที่มีการนำส่งยาของแข็ง แห้ง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย(i) สารที่ลื่น เป็นมัน หรือเหีนยวอย่างน้อยหนึ่งชนิด และ สารที่มีความว่องไวน้อยหนึ่งชนิด หรือ (ii) สารที่มีความว่องไวทางเภสัชศาสตร์ที่ลื่น เป็นมัน หรือเหนียวอย่างน้อยหนึ่งชนิด โดยมีลักษณะเฉพาะที่ว่าสูตรผสมนั้นอยู่ในรูปของอนุภาคอ นินทรีย์ที่มีรูพรุนจำนวนมากซึ่งประกอบด้วยเซรามิค ไฮดรอก ซิแอพาไทท์ ซึ่งมีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางจาก 5-150 ไมโครเมตร สูตรผสมดัวกล่าวมีลักษณะเฉพาะที่ปลดปล่อยเร็วและประกอบอยู่ จาก 15-40% โดยน้ำหนักของส่วนประกอบ (i) หรือ (ii)
