Abstract

กระบอกฝาปิดกระเพาะรูเมน(Fistular)เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ปิดกระเพาะรูเมนสัตว์ทดลองหลังผ่าตัดที่เจาะกระเพาะ(โค-กระบือ)เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ของเหลวในกระเพาะรูเมนไหลออกมาภายนอกร่างกายสัตว์และป้องกันไม่ให้อากาศจากภายนอกเข้าสู้กระเพาะรูเมน โดยลักษณะอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนดังนี้คือ ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นกระบอกมีลักษณะเป็นวงกลมและมีรูตรงกลางและ ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นฝาปิดกระบอกซึ่งมีลักษณะปิดทึบ ซึ่งทั้งส่วนจะต้องใช้ร่วมกันตลอด ซึ่งการใช้ซิลิโคลนเป็นวัตถุดิบในการประดิษฐ์กระบอกและฝาปิดกระเพาะรูเมนดังกล่าวนั้นทำให้ได้กระบอกและฝาปิดกระเพาะรูเมน (Fistular)ที่มีลักษณะที่อ่อนนุ่มกว่าช่วยป้องกันการระคายเคือง โดยสามารถยืดหยุ่นได้ดีในระหว่างการใช้งานจริงและช่วงที่สัตว์พักผ่อนและที่สำคัญมีราคาที่ถูกกว่าที่นำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ A fistular canister is a device used to cover the rumen in laboratory animals after surgery to pierce the rumen (cattle-buffalo) to prevent fluid from the rumen outside the animal's body and to prevent air from escaping.
