Claims (77)

1. A system for communication through at least one communication medium; such system consists of: a number of input subsystems to receive address characters; such address characters are formatted in a format that is recognizable by such input subsystems and are input into at least one communication application selected from a collection of different types of communication applications, in which the same address characters can be input in a format that is recognizable for any of the selected communication applications from that collection. 2. The system of claims in clause 1, whereby the aforementioned alphanumeric address shall be associated with at least one identity of the recipient. 3. The system of claim number 1, the input subsystem, shall consist of: a recognition subsystem to recognize the input character strings formatted differently from the format used by the chosen communication application; and a mapping subsystem to transform the different format into at least one format used by the chosen communication application. 4. The system of claim I shall consist of: a selection subsystem to determine at least one communication medium based on the chosen communication application; and a communication subsystem to establish communication based on address-character lines through the said communication medium. 5. The system of claims in clause 7, whereby the formatting of the address, which is consistent with such a valid address, shall be used to establish communication with the web (www) address. 9. A method for communication through at least one communication medium; such method includes: receiving a text-based telephone address input into at least one communication application selected from a collection of different communication applications where the same text-based address can be input into any one of the selected communication applications from that collection. 16. The method of claim number 15 consists of: determining at least one communication medium based on the chosen application of communication; and establishing communication through such determined medium. 17. The method of claim number 16, where such media are a number of identical and/or different origin media. 18. The method of claim 15, where the collection of such different communication applications shall include communication applications of the same type and/or the same type but different formats. 19. The method of claim number 18, where the application of such communication is the world wide web resource locator. 20. The method of claim 22, such mapping, consists of: translating each component of the address string to corresponding predefined numbering; segmenting such transformed components into at least a subgroup according to the predefined segmentation format; reordering such segmented components into an output string of a different sequence format from the input address string, where such output string is in the predefined reorder format; and converting such reordered string system into a corresponding usable address format. 24. The method of claim 23, whereby the formatting of the applicable address is such that it is the formatting of the Internet website address. 25. Method of claim number 15, where the letter line, such address, is associated with at least one recipient's identity. 26. The method of claim 23, such mapping, consists of: the transmission of such input character string based on such corresponding valid address formatting; and the reception of such transmitted input character string and the pairing of such input character string with at least one valid email address where such valid email address is used to relay the communication to the destination valid address. 27. The method of claim 23, such mapping, consists of: transforming the aforementioned valid address formatting into a valid email address formatting where such valid email address formatting contains such a valid address formatting preceded by the "@" symbol and at least one character. 28. A method for communicating through at least one communication medium includes: receiving an input character address into a selected communication application from a collection of different communication applications where the same input character address can be used for any of the selected communication applications from that collection. 29. The method of claim 28 consists of: determining at least one communication based on the application of the chosen communication; and establishing the communication through the specified communication medium. 30. The method of claim 28, receiving the aforementioned character address, consists of: recognizing the aforementioned character address formatted differently from the format used by the chosen communication application; mapping the different formatting to at least the format used by the chosen communication application. 31. The method of claim 30, such mapping, consists of: translating each component of the given address string into a specified number of corresponding subgroups; segmenting the translated components into at least a specified subgroups according to the segmentation format; reordering the segmented components into an output string of a different sequence format from the input address string, where the output string is in the specified reorder format; and converting the reordered string system into a corresponding address format. 32. The method of claim 31, whereby the corresponding applicable address formatting is the formatting of an internet website address. 33. The method of claim 31, where the formatting of the corresponding valid address is the formatting of the internet email address. 34. The method of claim number 31, where the letter of address is associated with at least the identity of the recipient. 35. The method of claim 30, such mapping, consists of: the transmission of such input string based on such corresponding valid address format; and the reception of such transmitted input string and the mapping of such input string to at least one valid email address where such valid email address will be used to relay the communication to such valid email address destination. 36. The method of claim 30, such mapping, consists of: transforming such valid address formatting into a valid email address formatting where such valid email address formatting consists of such valid address formatting preceded by the "@" symbol and at least one character. 37. The method for generating a valid Internet address for an Internet communication application consists of: receiving at least one string of input characters; finding the difference between the valid and unvalid components in the input string; and forming at least one valid Internet address for the Internet communication application from the valid components. 38. The method of claim 37, where the applicable component is a string of sub-characteristics of an Internet address for the application of such Internet communication. 39. The method of claim 37, where the input string includes a command to access a specific location on the web (www). 40. The method of claim 37, where the input string shall include an instruction to send an electronic message to a specific email address. 41. The method of claim 37, where the input line of text includes commands to establish a telephone connection with a specific telephone number via the Internet or a traditional telephone line. 42. A system for generating usable Internet addresses for Internet communication applications consists of: an input subsystem to receive at least a string of characters as input; a processing subsystem to find the difference between usable and unusable components in the input string; and a format subsystem to format at least a usable Internet address for the Internet communication application from the usable components. 43. The system of claims in clause 42, whereby the applicable components are strings of characters of subgroups of Internet addresses for the application of such Internet communications. 44. The system of claim number 42, where the input string will include a command to access a specific location on the web (www). 45. The system of claim number 42, where the input string shall include an instruction to send an electronic message to a specific email address. 46. The system of claim 42, where the input line of text shall include commands to establish a telephone connection with a specific telephone number via the Internet or traditional telephone line. 47. The method for converting an alphanumeric address string into a formatted Internet address consists of: receiving at least an input alphanumeric address string, which includes a number of alphanumeric characters; and rearranging the input string into an output string formatted differently from the input string, where the output string is in the specified Internet address format. 48. By means of claim 47, such reordering shall once again consist of: dividing the input string into at least subgroups of strings; and reordering such subgroups in a sequence based on a corresponding formatting sequence in which such formatted strings are in the Internet address formatting sequence as specified. 49. The method of claim 45, where such segmentation includes separating the input string of characters into subgroups of characters in the formatting of the numeric field in the telephone number. 50. The method for converting an input email address into an internet email address format involves: receiving at least a string of characters representing the input email address, including a number of alpha-numeric characters; and converting the input string into an output string in the specified email address format. 51. By means of claim 50, such transformation involves: reordering the input character string into an output character string with a different sequence than the character string at the input position. 52. In accordance with claim 48, such reordering consists of: dividing the input string into at least one string subgroup; and reordering these subgroups in a sequence based on a predefined hierarchical formatting where such string formatting is placed in the predefined Internet email address formatting. 53. The method for the operation of a domain name server consists of: the use of at least one domain name server to serve one or more sub-domain names, each of which is represented by at least one alphanumeric string of numbers in the format of a telephone number. 54. The method of claiming Article 53, such method includes: the collection of such domain name servers to ensure that such number of character strings are available and that the initial domain name is connected to at least the desired destination domain name through at least the communication application; the use of address processing software to process such number of character strings in at least the format used by at least the communication application; and the provision of management services for such domain names for the proper management of such domain name servers. 55. The method of claim number 66, such mapping consists of: mapping each non-numeric part of such component of the alphabetic string; the location of such part is given a corresponding number or symbol grouped in the format displayed on the telephone dial buttons. 68. The method of claim number 66, where the hierarchical structure as specified above is the telephone system hierarchy. 69. The method of claim 66, where such character set shall include all characters that are recognizable by humans and/or machines. 70. The system of claims under Article 72, whereby such mapping subsystems map each non-numeric segment of such constituent elements of the aforementioned alphanumeric address line to a corresponding number or symbol grouped in a format displayed on the telephone dial buttons. 74. The system of claims in Article 72, where the hierarchical structure as described above is the telephone hierarchical structure. 75. The system of claims in Article 72, whereby such character set shall include all characters that are recognizable by humans and/or machines. 76.
