Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับสารดิริเวทีฟใหม่ ฮาโลวินคาโมนซึ่งมีสูตรทั่วไป (1) ## สูตรทางเคมี ที่ซึ่ง R เป็นกลุ่มอัลคิลของ C1-6 (C1-6 alkyl group) และ X เป็นฮาโลเจน (halogen) และเกลือที่เกิดจากการเติมกรด และเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชและไอโซเมอร์ (isomere) ที่เป็น optically active สารประกอบเหล่านี้มีผลดีต่อการขยายตัวของ เส้นโลหิตและสามารถใช้ประโยชน์ในทางรักษา สารประกอบใหม่ที่กล่าวข้างต้นนี้ถูกเตรียมขึ้นตามวิธีการ ในการประดิษฐ์นี้ โดยอีพิเมอร์เดี่ยว (single epimer) หรือ อีพิเมอร์ผสม (epimeric mixture) ของสารเรเซมิค (racemic) หรือสาร optically active ของดีริเวทีฟของ ฮาโลจีเนท 14-ออกโซ-15-ไฮดรอกซี-อี-โฮโมเบอร์เนน มีสูตรทั่วไป (2) ## สูตรทางเคมี ที่ซึ่ง R และ X เหมือนที่กล่าวข้างต้นหรือเกลือที่เกิดจากการ เติมกรดถูกทำปฏิกิริยากับสารออกซิไดซ์ซิง (oxidizing agent) และถ้าต้องการสารประกอบของสูตรทั่วไป (1) สามารถถูกแปลง ให้เป็นเกลือของกรดที่เพิ่มขึ้นและเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชหรือ แยกแต่ละไอโซเมอร์ได้ สิทธิบัตรยา

1.ขบวนการเตรียม ฮาโลวินคาโมน ดีริเวทีฟ ที่มีสูตรทั่วไป 1## สูตรทางเคมี เมื่อ R คือกลุ่ม C1-6 แอลคิล และ X คือ ฮาโลเจนหรือ ไอโซเมอร์ที่เป็น optically active อย่างเห็นได้ชัด หรือ เกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชกรรมดัง กล่าว มีลักษณะที่ว่าอีพิเมอร์เดี่ยว (single epimer) หรือ ของผสมอีพิเมอริค (epimeric mixture) ของเรเซมิคหรือ สาร optically active ของดีริเวทีฟของฮาโลเจเนทเทด -14-ออกโซ-15-ไฮดรอกซี-อี-โฮโมอีเบอร์เนน ดีริเวทีฟ (halogenated-14-oxo-15-hydroxy-E-homoeburnane derivative) ทแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
