Abstract

1. กระบวนการสำหรับผลิต L-ไลซีนโดยการหมักเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ที่สามารถผลิต L-ไลซีนได้และเลือกได้จากสกุล Corynebacterium, Brevibacterium, Microbacterium และ Arthrobacter ในอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อเพื่อให้สร้างและสะสม L-ไลซีนไว้ในอาหารเหลวที่เลี้ยงเชื้อแล้วนั้น และมีการแยกเอา L-ไลซีนออกจากอาหารเหลวเลี้ยงเชื้อแล้วที่ได้ซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะอยู่ที่เชื้อจุลินทรีย์ดังกล่าวต้านทานต่อเบตา-แนพโธควินโนลีน
2. กระบวนการตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ซึ่งดำเนินการเลี้ยงเชื้อที่อุณหภูมิ 20-40 องศาเซลเซียสและที่ pH 3-9 เป็นเวลา 1 ถึง 6 วัน
