Claims (6)

1. A disposable gown with a neckline and hem, defined by the top and bottom ends of the gown, respectively, and two sleeves extending downwards from opposite sides along the transverse direction of the top end to the bottom end of the gown. The gown shall consist of right and left sleeve pieces of identical shape and size, with armholes at opposite ends along the transverse direction of the top end, and wrist openings near the bottom end; a front body piece used to cover the wearer's abdomen, with opposite edges extending between the top and bottom ends, and a pair of armholes at opposite ends along the transverse direction; and a back body piece used to cover the wearer's back, with opposite edges extending between the top and bottom ends, and a pair of armholes at opposite ends along the transverse direction of the top end, and the outer edge of the armhole, defined by the top ends of the two sleeve pieces, connecting to the outer edge of the wrist opening. The assembled arms are constructed at opposite ends along the transverse direction of the front and back torso sections, and these front and back torso sections are joined together along the opposite transverse edges of these torso sections, leaving a narrow margin of gap along those edges, and along the defined upper end between the neckline and the pair of sleeve sections. 2. A disposable garment as per Reservion 1, in which the back torso section shall be cut along a line drawn between the top and bottom ends, dividing it into two sections between the opposite transverse edges of the back torso section. 3. Disposable garments as specified in either Requisition 1 or 2, where both sleeve sections and/or the front and back body sections are made of non-woven fabric. 4. The process for manufacturing the disposable garment consists of the following steps: (a) Continuously feeding the front and back body panels forward in the longitudinal direction, each such front and back body panel having upper and lower surfaces with opposite transverse edges extending in that direction and a center line extending in the longitudinal direction to divide the transverse dimensions between these opposite transverse edges, and coating the upper surface of the front body panel and the lower surface of the back body panel with an adhesive along the first seam line drawn between these opposite transverse edges in a transverse direction intersecting the center line; (b) Cutting the front and back body panels along the neckline, thus cutting a portion off from the front and back body panels; (c) Placing both sleeve panels, each with an armhole in the front in the longitudinal direction and a wrist opening in the back in the longitudinal direction, onto the front body panel in such a way that the outer edge of each armhole, defined by the top end of each sleeve panel, aligns with the first seam line. (d) The front body panel and/or the back body panel are bonded together at the first bonding area by applying adhesive to the opposite transverse edge of the front body panel. (e) The top surface of the front body panel is placed on the bottom surface of the back body panel so that the midline of the front and back body panels aligns with the first bonding area. The front and back body panels are bonded together at the second bonding area by applying adhesive to the second bonding area. The edges of the armholes are bonded together by the top ends of the sleeve pair to the back body panel at the first bonding area by applying adhesive to the first bonding area. with adhesive and (f) cutting the front and back body panels along the first cutting line drawn inside the neckline in front of the first seam area slightly toward the opposite transverse edge of the front and back body panels and along the second cutting line drawn in a transverse direction between the opposite transverse edges behind the wrist openings of the right and left sleeve pieces. 5. The process under claim 4 where at step (a) of coating the first bonding region with the adhesive, the first bonding region approaches the imaginary line that intersects the center line at a right angle when the first bonding region extends forward in the longitudinal direction. 6. The process under either claim 4 or 5, where step (a) of coating the first bonding area with the adhesive consists of a sub-step of cutting the rear body section along the midline of the rear body section.
