Abstract

The traffic signal control system with a built-in traffic light wait time display is designed to show red light wait times, informing drivers of remaining waiting times and providing appropriate information for traffic management during different periods. This prevents confusion when traffic flow changes, as drivers can choose to act according to their specific red light wait time without considering which direction is prioritized. Pedestrians waiting to cross can see the red light wait times for their respective directions, allowing them to decide whether to stop or cross quickly. Furthermore, even if a traffic light bulb fails, drivers can still see the waiting time for the green light. This programmable traffic signal control system allows for up to 80 programs and is easy to use; simply setting the green light time for each intersection automatically calculates the red light wait time. This is beneficial for efficient traffic management based on traffic volume. Additionally, the control system features green, yellow, and red LED displays showing traffic flow, allowing traffic control officers to visualize traffic flow from a distance. The control unit also includes an LED display showing the current operating status. It shows the current state of operation, the operating time of the green light signal, the sequence of program execution, and the current clock time.

Claims (7)

1. A continuous process for sterilization of eggs, which consists of (a) through a liquid egg material under operating pressure higher than atmospheric pressure into the machine and transformed into a first-incremental surface-type heat that increases. The temperature of the egg material reaches the temperature of the egg material to the sterilization temperature (b). Pass this hot egg material into the hopper where it is heated and under pressure of the sterile inert gas for a period of time. This is to ensure proper sterilization, but for a short enough time to ensure that there is almost no clot formation. And after that (c) passes this egg material into a second welded surface heat exchanger, which cools the material to a temperature below 10C in less than 5 seconds. 2. Process according to claim 1, which uses pressures from 1.5 to 2.5 absolute bars (bars abslute). 3. The process according to claim 1, in which the time it takes for the liquid egg material to reach the sterilizing temperature in the first welded surface heat exchanger, is applied from 30 to 60 seconds. 4. The process according to claim 1 which heats the holding vessel to the sterilization temperature of the wax material. 5. Procedures according to claim 1, in which the cylinder is pre-pressurized with sterile inert gas with a pressure lower than the operating pressure. 6. A process according to claim 1, in which a second welded surface heat exchanger is cooled with direct evaporated prions. 7. The process according to claim 1, which takes time for the egg material to cool in the surface heat exchanger, has a second mark from 0.6 to 1.25 minutes.
