Abstract

DC60 (23/11/55) 1) Fungicide-active compounds consisting of: a) at least one pyridylmethylbenzamide derivative (chemical formula) (I) which is of various radicals as defined in the description; and b) at least one compound (II) which is a derivative of phosphoric acid or phosphoric acid itself, and in addition alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts or metal salts of such compounds. 2. Treatment or preventative or curative methods for combating phytopathogenic fungi in crops which are characterized by the fact that the effective and non-phytotoxic quantities of any one of these fungicide-active compounds have been applied to the aerial parts of the plants. 1) Fungicide-active compounds consisting of: a) pyridylmethylbenzamide derivative (pyridylmethylbenzamide derivative) with at least one (I) formula (chemical formula)(I) in which various radicals are as defined in the description, and b) at least one (II) compound in which there is a derivative of phosphoric acid or phosphoric acid itself and alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts or metals of that substance. 2. Treatment or preventive measures against phytopathogenic fungi in crops that are characterized by the fact that the effective and non-phytotoxic quantities of any one of these fungicide mixtures have been applied to the aerial parts of the plants.

Claims (22)

1. The fungicide-active compound is composed of: a) at least one pyridylmethylbenzamide derivative with formula (I) (chemical formula)(I) which: - selects R1 from the hydrogen atoms of selectively substituted alkyl radicals and acyl radicals; - selects R2 from the hydrogen atoms and alkyl radicals that are substituted; - R3 and R4, which are identical or different, are selected independently from the halogen, hydroxyl radical, cyanoradical, nitroradigal, -SF5 radical, trialkylcylyl radical, selectively substituted aminoradical, acyl radical and E, OE or SE groups, which select E from alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl or heterocyclyl radicals. Each radical is a possible substitute - c represents 0,1,2,3 or 4 - q represents 0,1,2,3 or 4 and in addition the optical and/or possible geometric isomers of the substance, totomers of the substance and salts of the substance combined with agriculturally acceptable acids or bases; and b) at least one compound (II) which is a derivative of phosphoric acid or phosphoric acid itself and salts of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals or metals of the substance. 2. The fungicide mixture, according to claim 1, which characterizes the compound (I) has one of the following characteristics, which can be taken separately or in combination: - R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, are chosen independently of the hydrogen atom and the selectively substituted alkyl radicals; - R3 and R4, which may be the same or different, are chosen independently of the hydrogen atom, hydroxyl radicals, nitry radicals, amino radicals, selectively substituted acyl radicals, and groups E, OE or SE, which E is chosen from alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl or heterocyclyl radicals, each radical is potentially substituted; - c denoted as 0,1,2, or 3; - q denoted as 0,1,2, or 3; and the optical and/or possible geometric isomers of the compound; the totomer of the compound. And a salt combination of that substance with an acid or base that is acceptable in agriculture. 3. Fungicide mixtures pursuant to claim clause 1, which characterizes the compound (I) to have one of the following characteristics, taken separately or in combination: - R1 and R2, which may be identical or different, are chosen independently of the hydrogen atom and alkyl radical; - R3 and R4, which may be identical or different, are chosen independently of the hydrogen atom, nitroradical, aminoradical, and each alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, or heterocyclyl radical, each radical is possiblely substituted; - c denotes 1,2; - q denotes 1,2 and the optical and/or possible geometric isomers of the compound, the totomer of the compound, and the salts of the compound with an agriculturally acceptable acid or base. 4. A fungicide mixture according to claim 1, which characterizes the compound (I) has one of the following characteristics, taken separately or in combination: - R1 and R2 each representing a hydrogen atom; - R3 and R4, which may be identical or different, chosen independently of the hydrogen atom, nitroradical, alkylradical and trifluoromethylradical; - c and q, independent of each other, representing 2; and possible optical and/or geometric isomers of the compound, totomers of the compound and salts of the compound with agriculturally acceptable acids or bases. 5. A fungicide mixture according to claim 1, which is characterized as follows: a compound with formula (I) chosen from: 2,6-dichloro-N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-benzamide, N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-2-fluoro-6--nitrobenzamide, and N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-2-methyl-6--nitrobenzamide and its possible tohmers and their salts combined with an agriculturally acceptable acid or base. 6. A fungicide mixture according to claim 1 that is characterized by the compound (II) being selected from phosphoric acid and phosphate-AL. 7. A fungicide mixture according to claim 1 that is characterized as selecting compound (I) from 2,6-dichloro-N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-benzamide, N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-2-fluoro-6-nitrobenzamide and N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-2-methyl-6-nitrobenzamide, and selecting compound (II) from phosphoric acid and forcetyl-AL. 8. A fungicide mixture according to claim 7, which is characterized as selecting compound (I) as 2,6-dichloro-N-{[3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]methyl}-benzamide, and compound (II) as forcetyl-AL or phosphoric acid. 9. Any one of the above-mentioned fungicide mixtures that is characterized as containing at least one compound with formula (I) and at least one compound (II), with the ratio of compound (I)/and compound (II) being between 1/1 and 1/50. 10. A fungicide mixture pursuant to claim 9 that is characterized by a ratio of compound (I)/compound (II) between 1/5 and 1/25. 11. A fungicide mixture pursuant to claim 10 that is characterized by a ratio of compound (I)/compound (II) between 1/10 and 1/20. 12. A fungicide mixture pursuant to claim 1, which is characterized by the selection of the ratio of compound (I)/compound (II) only to produce synergistic effects. 13. A synergistic fungicide mixture according to any of the above claims that exhibits the specific characteristic that the ratio of compound (I)/compound (II) is between 1/10 and 1/20. 14. A synergistic fungicide mixture according to any of the above claims that exhibits the characteristic that the ratio of compound (I)/compound (II) is equal to or in the range of 1/15. 15. Any of the above-mentioned fungicide mixtures that exhibit the characteristic that the fungicide mixture contains, in addition to compounds (I) and (II), an agriculturally appropriate inert supporting agent and an agriculturally appropriate selectable surfactant. 16. Any of the above-mentioned fungicide mixtures that are characterized as containing a mixture of compound (I) and compound (II) in concentrations of 0.5 to 99%. 17. A treatment or preventative measure against phytopathogenic fungi in crops, characterized by the application of an effective (agronomic) and non-phytotoxic fungal mixture as described in any of Patents 1 through 16, to the soil in which the plant is growing or easily propagated, to the leaves, wood, and/or fruit or seeds of the plant. 18. The procedure pursuant to claim 17, which describes the specific nature of the fungicide mixture, is applied by spraying the liquid onto the aerial parts of the crops to be treated. 19. The procedure under claim 17 or 18, which describes the characteristics that the amount of the fungicide mixture corresponding to the dose of compound (I) and compound (II) will be between approximately 5 and approximately 2000 g/na. 20. Any of the processes described in Claims 17 through 19 that specifically describe the crop being treated, such as the grapevine. 21. Any of the processes described in the aforementioned claims demonstrate the characteristic that the phytopathogenic fungi acted upon are downy mildews of grapevines. 22. A product consisting of a compound with the formula (I) and a compound with the formula (II) in the form of a composite product, for use together, separately or sequentially, in combating phytatopathogenic fungi of crops in an operation.
