DC60 (03/12/44) This L-shaped rectangular oven consists of at least one unit. The first unit bakes at high heat, while the second unit receives heat from the first and acts as a warming cabinet to store the cooked chicken, protecting it from dust.

Claims (1)

1. The oven consists of a furnace body, which is a rectangular room with a fuel filling port (2) located near the front base of the furnace for filling with fuel. It rests on a concrete base and is secured to the furnace body with screws. On top of the furnace body, there is an opening (9) for placing cooking vessels. Opposite the fuel filling port (2), there is an opening connected to the drying chamber (4), which extends upwards. The drying chamber (4) is a tall rectangular frame, and its side walls have holes at intervals for pouches (5) for drying. The pouches are hollow inside to receive heat from the drying chamber. In the drying chamber, fire rises from the furnace body to the chimney at the top (6) and through the pouches (5), which are sized to fit into the holes on the side walls of the drying chamber (4). The pouches (5) are then inserted through the holes on the opposite side of the drying chamber (4) and in the center of each hole in the drying chamber (4). From the drying chamber (4) to the fuel filling port (2), there is a warming chamber (7), which is hollow throughout. There are holes for inserting the iron rods to pierce the chicken (13). The front wall of the room has a cover with a lid that can be inserted through the holes at the back of the warming room.
