The cementitious mixture for brushing or grouting consists of: Portland cement (20-100 parts by weight), inert material (no more than 80 parts by weight), water-reducing agent (0.1-3 parts by weight), cellulose ether (no more than 1 part by weight), polymer (0.1-30 parts by weight), and waterproofing agent (no more than 2 parts by weight).
