1. ยาผสมตามสูตรที่มีการปลดปล่อยสารออกฤทธิ์อย่างได้รับการควบคุม ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วย 1-ไซโคลโปรปิล-7-([s,s]-2,8-ไดอาซาไบไซโคล [4.3.0]โนน-8-อิล)-6-ฟลูออโร -1,4-ไดไฮโดร-8-เมทธอกซี-4-ออกโซ-3-ควินโนโลนคาร์บอกซิลิคแอซิด หรือเกลือที่ใช้ได้ใน ทางเภสัชกรรม และ/หรือ ไฮเดรทของสารเหล่านี้ และซึ่งมีการปลดปล่อยสารออกฤทธิ์โดยเฉลี่ย ระหว่าง 80 เปอร์เซ็นต์ใน 2 ชั่วโมง และ 80 เปอร์เซ็นต์ใน 16 ชัแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
