สิ่งประดิษฐ์ "ปูนคอนกรีตเบา" ที่ประกอบด้วย ก.ปูนซีเมนต์ 15% โดยน้ำหนัก และจะต้องเป็นปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ที่เกิดแรงสูงเร็ว (high early strength portland) ข.ปุนพลาสเตอร์ 10% โดยน้ำหนัก จะเป็นชนิด เกรดเอ หรือ เกรดบีก็ได้ ค.สเตลินโฟม หรือ พีวีซี โฟม 60% โดยน้ำหนัก ที่เป็นเศษหรือชิ้นเล็ก ๆ ง.น้ำ เป็นส่วนที่เหลือใน 100% จ.กรรมวิธีการผสม ให้ ก, ข, ค และ ง รวมตัวเป็น "ปูนคอนกรีตเบา" โดยใช้มือหรือเครื่องจักด้วยวิธีการอัดเข้า (injection) หรือ ดูดสูญญากาศ (vaccum)
