Claims (5)
1.กรรมวิธีที่ใช้เตรียมสารประกอบ เซฟาโลสพอรินของสูตร ซึ่ง R ไฮโดรเจนหรือแอลคิล ขนาดเล็กที่มีคาร์บอน 1-4 อะตอม Y คือไฮโดรเจนหรือเมธอกซี N คือ 2 หรือ 5 ซึ่งประกอบด้วย (เอ) ให้สารประกอบของสูตร สูตร ซึ่ง X คือไฮโดรเจน หรือ สูตร และมี R และ Y ตามที่นิยามแล้วข้างบน ทำปฏิกิริยากับสารประกอบของสูตร สูตร หรือเกลือของสารนี้; สูตร หรือเกลือของสารนี้ (บี) เมื่อ X คือไฮโดรเจน, แอซิเลท ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้ต่อไปด้วยสารประกอบของสูตรหรืออนุพันธ์ที่ว่องไวหรือที่ใช้แอซิเลท ของสารนี้ ซึ่ง A คือหมู่ที่ป้องกันอะมิโน (ซี)กำจัดหมู่ป้องกันออก
