Claims

1. A compound with the formula... (Chemical formula) where R is a halogen, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, nitro, C1-C2 haloalkyl or RaSOn - where n is 0 or 2 and Ra is a C1-C2 alkyl, R1 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R2 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R3 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R4 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R5 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R6 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R7 and R8 are separated into (1) hydrogen, (2) halogen, (3) C1-C4 alkyl, (4) C1-C4 alkoxy, (5) trifluoromethoxy, (6) nitro, (7) C1-C4 haloalkyl, (8) RbSOn - where n is an integer. 0,1 or 2 and Rb are (a) C1-C4 alkyl, (b) C1-C4 alkyl substituted with a halogen, (c) phenyl or (d) benzyl or (9) - NRcRd, where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl. R9 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R10 is (a) hydrogen, (b) C1-C4 alkyl, (c) C4-C6 cycloalkyl, (d) halogen substituted with C1-C6 alkyl, (e) phenyl, (f) C1-C6 alkoxy, (g) benzyl, (h) phenethyl, (i) C2-C6 alkynyl or (j) C2-C6 alkynyl.

Compounds as specified in Recourse 1, where R is chlorine, bromine, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, nitro, C1-C2 alkylthio or C1-C2 alkylsulfonyl, R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is hydrogen or methyl, R4 is hydrogen or methyl, R5 is hydrogen or methyl, R6 is hydrogen or methyl, R7 and R8 are separated into (1) hydrogen, (2) halogen, (3) C1-C4 alkyl, (4) C1-C4 alkoxy, (5) trifluoromethoxy, (6) nitro, (7) C1-C4 haloalkyl, (8) RbSOn - where n is an integer 0, 1 or 2 and Rb is (a) C1-C4 alkyl, (b) C1-C4 alkyl substituted with a halogen. (c) phenyl or (d) benzyl or (9) - NRcRd where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and R9 is hydrogen or methyl and R10 is (a) hydrogen (b) C1-C2 alkyl (c) cyclohexyl (d) C1-C4 alkoxy (e) phenyl (f) benzyl (g) phenethyl or (h) allyl

3. The compounds as specified in claim paragraph 2, where R7 and R8 are separated into hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine, bromine, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethoxy, nitro trifluoromethyl RbSOn - where n is the integer 2 and Rb is methyl, chloromethyl, trifluoromethyl ethyl, or n-probyl -NRcRd, where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and R7 is in position 3.

4. The compounds as specified in Claim 2, where R7 is hydrogen and R8 is hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine, bromine, fluorine trifluoromethyl or RbSOn?, where Rb is a C1-C4 alkyl.

5. A method of weed control consisting of applying any of the compounds specified in Claim 1, 2, 3, or 4 in an effective quantity to the area to be controlled.

Compounds as specified in Claim 5, where R is chlorine, bromine, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, nitro, C1-C2 alkylthio or C1-C2 alkylsulfonyl, R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is hydrogen or methyl, R4 is hydrogen or methyl, R5 is hydrogen or methyl, R6 is hydrogen or methyl, R7 and R8 are separated into hydrogen or methyl. (1) hydrogen, (2) halogen, (3) C1-C4 alkyl, (4) C1-C4 alkoxy, (5) trifluoromethoxy, (6) nitro, (7) C1-C4 haloalkyl, (8) RbSOn, where n1 is an integer 0, 1 or 2 and Rb is (a) C1-C4- alkyl, (b) C1-C4 alkyl substituted with a halogen (c) phenyl or (d) benzyl or (9) - NRcRd where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and R9 is hydrogen or methyl and R10 is (a) hydrogen (b) C1-C2 alkyl (c) cyclohexyl (d) C1-C4 alkoxy (e) phenyl (f) benzyl (g) phenethyl or (h) allyl

7. Herbicide formulations containing the herbicide reagent 3-amino-2-benzoy-cyclohex-2-enone and an inert vector used for this purpose.

8. The herbicide compound specified in claim 7, where the replaced 3-amino-2-benzoy-cyclohex-2-enone is replaced by a compound described in claims 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Compounds as defined in Claim 7, where R is chlorine, bromine, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, nitro, C1-C2 alkylthio or C1-C2 alkylsulfonyl, R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is hydrogen or methyl, R4 is hydrogen or methyl, R5 is hydrogen or methyl, R6 is hydrogen or methyl, R7 and R8 are separated into (1) hydrogen, (2) halogen, (3) C1-C4 alkyl, (4) C1-C4 alkoxy, (5) trifluoromethoxy, (6) nitro, (7) C1-C4 haloalkyl, (8) RbSOn, where n is an integer 0, 1 or 2 and Rb is (a) C1-C4 alkyl, (b) C1-C4. Alkyl is replaced by (c) phenyl or (d) benzyl or (9) - NRcRd where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C 1 - C4 alkyl and R9 is hydrogen or methyl and R10 is (a) hydrogen (b) C 1 -C2 alkyl (c) cyclohexyl (d) C1 - C4 alkoxy (e) phenyl (f) benzyl (g) phenethyl or (h) allyl

The compounds as specified in claim paragraph 7, where R7 and R8 are separated into hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine, bromine, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethoxy, nitro trifluoromethyl RbSOn - where n is the integer 2 and Rb is methyl, chloromethyl, trifluoromethyl ethyl, or n-probyl -NRcRd, where Rc and Rd are separated into hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and R7 is in position 3.
