Abstract

A container for chewing gum or candy is a paper sheet composed of a back section, two side sections, an inner base support, reinforcing wings, a front section, a bottom support, a top support, an inner ridge support, an inner base support, and a lid. These sections are connected by folds. The lid section has a first part shaped like a rectangle with sharp, downward-pointing corners on the bottom outer edge. The edges between this first section and the first section are connected by horizontal cuts and perforations along the sharp corners. The outer sides of this first section form the side of the lid, and the outer sides of the side of the lid form the second section. This second section is also a rectangle with sharp, downward-pointing corners of the bottom outer edge, of the same size as the first section. The outer sides of this second section are wings sized to fit snugly over the seal of the side sections.

Claims (7)

1. The packaging for chewing gum or candy is characterized by a folding container (1) which is a sheet of paper with a back section (2) on which the bottom section (3) is folded and joined by a crease (4). The outer side of the back section (2) is the side section (5), on which the bottom of the side section (5) is the inner base wing (6) for attaching the adhesive. On the outer side of the side section (5) is the reinforcement wing (7) for attaching the adhesive, which is shaped like an inverted L and is the same width as the back section (2). On the inner side of the back section (2) is the side section (8), on which the bottom of the side section (8) is the inner base wing (6) for attaching the adhesive. On the top of the side section (8) is the sealing section (9) for attaching the adhesive. The outer side of the side section (8) of the container folding form (1) is the front section (12) of the same size as the back section (2), and at the top of the front section (12) is the lid section (14), and the lid section (14) has a first section (15) that is rectangular in shape with the outer bottom corners turned downwards, and at the top of the first section (15) of the lid section (14) is the upper support section (18) for attaching the adhesive, and on the outer side of the first section (15) of the lid section (14) is the side section of the lid (19), and at the top of the side section of the lid (19) is the inner ridge support section (11) for attaching the adhesive, and on the outer side of the side section of the lid (19) is the second section (20), which is rectangular in shape with the outer bottom corners turned downwards. It is an acute angled section facing downwards that is the same size as section one (15), where the top of section two (20) is the top section (21), and on the outer side of section two (20) of the cover section (14) is a wing (22) that is sized to match the size of the adhesive section (9) of the side section (8) so that it properly covers the adhesive section (9). 2. A container for chewing gum or sweets to be sucked, according to claim 1, which is a folding container (1) with a back section (2), side section (5), inner base support wing (6), reinforcement wing (7), side section (8), sealing section (9), inner ridge support wing (11) and front section (12) each side of the adjacent edges are connected by a folding joint (4). 3. A container for chewing gum or candy to be sucked, according to claim 1 or 2, which at the edge between the adhesive portion (9) and the back portion (2) shall be connected by a cut line (10), and at the top of the adhesive portion (9) shall be an inner ridge wing (11) which shall be the place for attaching the adhesive. 4. Containers for chewing gum or oral confectionery under any of the claims 1 through 3, where the bottom of the front section (12) is a bottom support (13) which is the part for attaching adhesive. 5. A container for chewing gum or sweets to be sucked, according to any one of claims 1 through 4, where at the edge between the front part (12) of the container folding type (1) and the first part (15) of the lid part (14) are connected by a horizontal cut line (16) and a perforated line (17) at an acute angle that is folded downwards. 6. Containers for chewing gum or sweets to be sucked, according to any one of claims 1 through 5, in which the lid (14) which has a first part (15), the side of the lid (19), the second part (20), the top part (21) and the wing (22) each side of the adjacent edges are connected by a folding joint by a fold line (4). 7. A container for chewing gum or candy for sucking, under any of the claims 1 through 6, where the side of the lid (19) of the lid section (14) is of the same width as the side (5) of the container folding type (1), where the height of such side of the lid (19) is slightly longer than the outer side line of section one (15) of the lid section (14).
