Abstract

Packaging for chewing gum or candy typically consists of an outer folding piece and an inner folding piece that fits inside the outer piece. The inner folding piece is a paper sheet with a rectangular back section sized to match the back section of the outer folding piece. The top of the back section forms the "top" portion, which in turn forms the "front" portion. A central opening at the top of the front section is used for the gum or candy to exit the packaging. The upper sides of the front section form the "wings" that overlap the sides of the back section. The tops of the sides of the back section form the "wings" that support the inner base. The bottom of the back section forms the "bottom" portion.

Claims (5)

1. The packaging for chewing gum or candy has a specific design consisting of an outer folding container (1) which is a paper sheet with a back section (2) on the sides. Inside of the back section (2) is the side section (6), and at the bottom of the side section (6) is the inner base wing (7) for attaching the adhesive. On the inside side of the side section (6) is the front section (8), which is a rectangular shape of the same size as the back section (2). At the bottom of the front section (8) is the outer base (9), and at the top of the front section (8) is the tear-off section (10) which has a perforated line (11) for tearing off the opening. On the other side of the front section (8) is the side section (12), and at the bottom of the side section (12) is the inner base wing (7) for attaching the adhesive. The outer side of the side section (12) is the supporting wing (13), and the inner container folding form (14) is a sheet of paper with a back section (15) that is sized to fit the back section (2) of the outer container folding form (1). The top of the back section (15) is the top section (16), which at the top of the top section (16) is the front section (17). At the fold line (4) between the top section (16) and the front section (17) is the cut line (18), which will serve as a pull edge when the front section (17) is folded down. In the middle of the top of the front section (17) is the opening (19), which serves as a channel for the chewing gum or candy to be sucked out of the container. The two sides of the back section (15) are the side sections (21), which are folded together by the fold line (4). The tops of the two side sections (21) are the supporting wings of the inner base (22), and the bottom of the back section (15) is the bottom section (23). 2. A container for chewing gum or sweets, as per claim 1, where the top rear portion (2) of the outer folding container (1) shall be two parallelogram-shaped hooks (3) of similar size, folded together by a crease (4), where the middle of the two hooks (3) shall be holes (5) of corresponding positions, to be used for attaching to the display stand when the hooks (3) are folded together. 3. A container for chewing gum or sweets to be sucked, according to claim 1 or 2, which is a folding type, an outer container (1) with a back section (2), a side section (6), an inner base wing (7), a front section (8), an outer base (9), a side section (12), an inner base wing (7), a side section (12), and a wing section (13) each side of an adjacent edge is folded together by a fold line (4). 4. A container for chewing gum or oral confectionery under any of the claims 1 through 3, in which the folding inner container (14) with its back (15), top (16), front (17), side (21), inner base wing (22) and bottom (23) is each connected by a folding joint by a fold line (4). 5. A container for chewing gum or candy to be sucked, according to any one of claims 1 through 4, where the two upper sides of the front section (17) are wings (20) that are connected by a fold line (4) which will overlap the sides (21) when the front section (17) is folded down.
