Abstract

A furrowing device for tractor-mounted transport, featuring an arm assembly with furrowing discs. The front end has lower attachment points for securing to the tractor's arm via bolts for towing. The upper center of the front end has upper attachment points for securing to the tractor's hydraulic shaft via bolts. This hydraulic shaft transmits power to control the raising and lowering of the furrowing disc assembly. Each furrowing disc is mounted into the inner slot of the support wing, and its mounting position on the arm assembly can be adjusted horizontally along the inner slot of the support wing.

Claims (3)

1. The furrowing device for tractor attachment consists of a pair of furrowing discs (5) with a vertical mounting shaft (11) whose lower end is fastened to a mounting socket (12) by a tightening mechanism. The inner side of the mounting socket (12) is attached to a mounting plate (13) which is fastened to the furrowing discs (14) by a tightening mechanism, allowing the angle of the furrowing discs (14) to be adjusted. Both furrowing discs (14) attached to the mounting plate (13) are fastened in such a way that each disc (14) is tilted inward, and the upper end of the mounting shaft (11) is welded to a flange (15) with several holes for the adjustment mechanism. The flange (15) is attached to a metal plate (16) which has several holes to accommodate the tightening method to secure the flange (15) of the furrowing disc assembly (5) to the furrowing disc assembly (1). Specifically, the furrowing disc assembly (1) is made of cut and welded metal rods, with the front section (2) of the furrowing disc assembly (1) being a metal rod welded transversely to the rear of the tractor. The side ends of the front section (2) are lower attachment points (3) for securing to the tractor arm by tightening for towing. The middle top of the front section (2) is the upper attachment point (4) at the rear. The front section (2) of the groove-bearing arm assembly (1) is the rear section (6), which is a metal rod welded perpendicular to the front section (2). At the two side edges at the rear of the rear section (6) are support wings (7), which are metal rods cut and welded together to form an inner channel (8) for the mounting of the groove-bearing arm assembly (5). 2. A furrowing device to be attached to a tractor, according to claim 1, on the inside of the rear section (6) there is also a metal bar welded in line with the front edge of the support wing (7) to form a channel (9) for the installation of the furrowing disc assembly (5), similar to the channel on the inside (8) of the support wing (7), and between the rear edge of the upper attachment point (4) and the middle of the rear edge of the rear section (6) there is a reinforcing bar (10) to help strengthen the upper attachment point (4). 3. A furrowing device to be attached to a tractor under claim 1 or 2, in which each furrowing disc assembly (5) is fitted into the inner slot (8) of the support wing (7), in which the position of the furrowing disc assembly (5) to the furrowing disc assembly (1) can be adjusted horizontally along the inner slot (8) of the support wing (7) to create the appropriate position for furrowing one furrow in each agricultural area.
