Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมจากข้าวกล้องหอมมะลิ,ข้าวเหนียวดำ,ถั่ว เหลือง,น้ำผึ้งและจุลินทรีย์ Lactobacillus ซึ่งในขั้นตอนการผลิตจะเริ่มจากการหมักจุลินทรีย์ Lactobacillus กับน้ำผึ้งและถั่วเหลืองก่อน แล้วจึงนำมาผสมกับข้าวกล้องหอมมะลิ,ข้าว เหนียวดำและแครอท จากนั้นนำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้ไปทำให้แห้งด้วยเทคนิคการทำแห้งแบบ เยือกแข็งและสุดท้ายจึงบรรจุในแคปซูล Vcaps(สูตร)

1. ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร ประกอบด้วย - ข้าวกล้องหอมมะลิอบแห้งบดละเอียด 35-40 % โดยน้ำหนัก - ข้าวเหนียวดำอบแห้งบดละเอียด 8-10 % โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำผึ้งธรรมชาติ 8-10 % โดยน้ำหนัก - ถั่วเหลืองบด 15-20 % โดยน้ำหนัก - แครอท 15-20 % โดยน้ำหนัก - จุลินทรีย์ Lactobacillus 0.002-0.005 % โดยน้ำหนัก
