Claims (11)
1. สารผสมทางเภสัชศาสตร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วย (a) ไทอะแกบีนหรือเกลือซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ไทอะแกบีน, (b) สารต่อต้านการออกซิไดส์หนึ่งหรือมากกว่าหนึ่งชนิดในปริมาณที่พอเพียง ต่อการทำให้ไทอะแกบีนหรือเกลือซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ของไทอะแกบีนเสถียร, และ (c) เลือกใช้พาหะซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัช-ศาสตร์

8. สารผสมตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ถึงข้อ 7 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่งซึ่งปริมาณของสารต่อต้าน การออกซิไดส์คือจาก 5-25 ส่วยโดยน้ำหนักต่อ 100 ส่วนของไทอะแกบีน ไฮโดรคลอโรด์
9. กรรมวิธีเตรียมสารผสมตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 หรือข้อ 2 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการ ก่อเกิดสารผสมของ : (a) ไทอะแกบีนหรือเกลือซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ของไทอะแกบีน, (b) สารต่อต้านการออกซิไดส์ซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์หนึ่งหรือมาก กว่าหนึ่งชนิดในปริมาณที่เพียงพอต่อการทำให้เถสียรสำหรับไทอะแกบีนหรือเกลือซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับ ทางเภสัชศาสตร์ของไทอะแกบีน และ (c) พาหะซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์
