R3 represents hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl. Each symbol of R1 and R2 can independently represent the following groups: hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, nitro, and/or cyano. R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, nitro, cyano, and/or groups with the following formulas: ## (chemical formula) where X is O, S, SO, or SO2. R4, R5, and R6 can independently represent the following groups. Independently, these are hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy/C1-C6 haloalkyl, and/or C1-C6 haloalkoxy, or salts obtained by adding acids or metal complexes of these substances.
