Claims (5)
1. กรรมวิธีสำหรับการผลิตสารที่ให้รสกลิ่น , ซึ่งผสมยีสต์ไลเซทกันโมโรมิหรือส่วนโมโรมิ, และปล่อยให้ของผสมทำ ปฏิกิริยาที่ 30-70 ซ เพื่อที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง AMP ของไลเซท เป็น IMP
2. กรรมวิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1, ซึ่งไลเซทคือสารแขวนลอยของ ยีสต์ที่ถูกไฮโดรไจส์หรือสิ่งสกัดจากยีสต์ที่เป็นผง
