Water-soluble menthol-coated paper for rolling cigarettes consists of either white cigarette paper (24 gsm thickness, 2-2.5 inches x 3-3.5 inches) or brown cigarette paper (34-36 gsm thickness, 2-2.5 inches x 3-3.5 inches), both 100% water-soluble and printed using standard printing methods.

1. Metal-coated paper for rolling cigarettes has specific characteristics. It consists of either white cigarette paper (24 gsm thickness, 2-2.5 inches x 3-3.5 inches) or brown cigarette paper (34-36 gsm thickness, 2-2.5 inches x 3-3.5 inches), both 100% coated with water-based menthol using standard printing methods. 2. The manufacturing process of menthol-coated cigarette paper for rolling tobacco, as per claim 1, consists of the following steps: It begins by cutting cigarette paper to a size of 20 inches x 15 inches, drying it at 50-60 degrees Celsius for approximately one hour, and then feeding it through a standard printing press containing menthol-free liquid in a color bath. The amount of menthol-free liquid in the bath must be at a level that contacts the color roller. To apply menthol, the cigarette paper passes through various rollers to coat the plate surface. As the cigarette paper moves across the plate, it is coated with menthol. This requires adjusting the roller rotation speed to approximately 50 sheets per minute due to the thinness of the cigarette paper, and controlling the amount of menthol used at 1 kilogram per 1,000 sheets of 20-inch x 15-inch cigarette paper. After the cigarette paper is coated with menthol, it is cut into 2-2.5 inch x 3-3.5 inch sizes and packaged for sale.
