Abstract

Claims

1. Highly hydrophilic paints are characterized by the following composition: (a) diffused alumina hydrate particles and (b) water-soluble and/or water-dispersible resins, in which the diffused alumina hydrate particles (a) have a total pore volume on the particle surface of not less than 0.4 mm/g and the average diameter of individual particles is between 0.5 and 20 µm.

2. A highly hydrophilic paint as per claim 1, used for forming a coating on heat sink fins (Clause 2, 1 page, 0 images).
