Abstract

1. ผลิตภัณฑ์แม่พิมพ์แบบสวมเข้าหากัน (enclosure mold) ที่ประกอบขึ้นด้วยช่องเพลทหรือแซมเบอร์อันบนสุดและอันล่างสุด ทำขึ้นจากวัสดุที่ต่างชนิดไปจากที่มีอยู่ และช่องหรือแซม เบอร์ วินเนอร์เพลตได้ปรับปรุงการออกแบบเสียใหม่ โดยที่ว่า (1) ระบบแม่พิมพ์ประกอบด้วยช่องหรือแซมเบอร์เพลทตามรูปที่ 6 ซึ่งทำจากเหล็กกล้า หรือสแตนเลนสตีลมาตรฐาน A,I,S.I และ ถูกอิเล็คโตรเลสนิเกิลเพลทติ้ง ซึ่งจะจับอยู่รอบ ๆ แซม เบอร์ 7 ส่วนหมายเลข 12 ในรูปที่ 6 จะมีลักษณะพื้นผิวขนาน ไปกับแนวระนาบ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การยึดระหว่างการพิมธ์กระทำไดแท็ก :
