A sheet for reinforcing steel sheets comprising a resin layer of composition, the resin for reinforcing steel sheets comprising an epoxy resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, a curing agent, a foaming agent and a low-polar rubber, wherein the low-polar rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber and polybutene rubber, or styrene-butadiene rubber, and a reinforcing layer laminated onto the resin layer.

A method for reinforcing steel sheets, wherein the steel sheet reinforcement sheet comprises a resin layer formed from a steel sheet reinforcement resin composition comprising an epoxy resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, a curing agent, a foaming agent and a low-polar rubber, wherein the low-polar rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber and polybutene rubber, or styrene-butadiene rubber, and the reinforcing layer laminated onto the resin layer is bonded with an adhesive to the steel sheet, wherein the steel sheet reinforcement sheet is foamed and cured.
