Abstract
วิธีการตรวจสอบ race 3 ของเชื้อ Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (Fol) โดยใช้ primer ที่มีลำดับเบสเป็น 5'-GGGAGACATC-3' ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของปฏิกิริยา polymerase chain reaction (PCR) ในเครื่อง Thermal cycle ที่ตั้งโปรแกรมอุณหภูมิ ดังนี้ -ขั้นที่ 1 อุณหภูมิ 94 ํC เป็นเวลา 1 นาที (เฉพาะรอบแรก) -ขั้นที่ 2 อุณหภูมิ 94 ํC เป็นเวลา 1 นาที -ขั้นที่ 3 อุณหภูมิ 36 ํC เป็นเวลา 1 นาที 40รอบ -ขั้นที่ 4 อุณหภูมิ 72 ํC เป็นเวลา 1 นาที -ขั้นที่ 5 อุณหภูมิ 72 ํC เป็นเวลา 2 นาที (เฉพาะรอบสุดท้าย) จะได้ PCR product แล้วนำไปตรวจสอบลายพิมพ์ DNA ด้วย 2% agarose gel จะได้ลายพิมพ์ DNA ของเชื้อ Fol race 3 จำนวน 4 แถบ ซึ่งแต่ละแถบมีขนาด 1500 bp, 1100 bp, 800 bp, และ 400 bp ตามลำดับ

1. วิธีการตรวจสอง race 3 ของเชื้อ Fusarium oxysporum f. s p. Lycopersici (Fol) โดยใช้ primer ที่มีลำดับเบสเป็น 5\'-GGGAGACATC-3\' โดยวิธี PCR ซึ่งจะได้ PCR product เมื่อนำไป ตรวจสองลายพิมพ์ DNA ด้วย 2% agarose gel จะพบ DNA ของเชื้อ Fol race 3 จำนวน 4 แถบ
2. วิธีการตรวจสอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ที่ซึ่งแถบ DNA ที่ได้จะมีขนาด 1500 bp, 1100 bp, 800 bp และ 400 bp ตามลำดับ
