Claims

1. The method of securing the self-closing valve (12,112) with the mounting ring (20,120) in the assembly of the dispensing opening is directed by the following procedure: a) Providing the cover (10,110) with the lowering cover (72,172) to surround the dispensing opening (68,168) where the valve is installed. and the cylindrical downward covering (74,174) which is sized to accommodate the mounting ring and the direct connection of the cover to the free edge (82,182) which is axially separated from the cap by part (80,180) of the downward covering which includes the free edge (82,182) which can twist inward; b) the provision of the mounting ring (20,120) of the self-closing valve (12,112) with the upright cap (30,130) which is secured to the cap (72,172) of the cover (10,110); c) the use of the valve (12,112) into the downward covering (74,174) of the cover (10,110) with the caps (30,70 and 130,172) opposite each other; and d) the attachment of the torsion part (80,180) of the lower covering part (74,174) to the mounting ring (20,120) so that it will attach the mounting ring to the flange (30,70 and 130,172) by bracing against each other and with the cover (10,110) and the shut-off valve (12,112) in a sealed manner.

2. The procedure as specified in claim 1, which is directed by the nature of procedure (c), shall be carried out by moving the self-closing valve (12,112) through the opening to pour the liquid (68, 168) in an upward direction, that is, in the same direction as the product flow, to pour out.

3. The method as specified in claim 1 or 2, which is dictated by the nature of which step (d) is performed by the fins (90) being lifted close to the twistable portions (80,180) of the downward covering (74,174).

A dispensing cap used on top or for packaging, consisting of a cap body (10,110) with a dispensing opening (66,168), a downward-facing flap (72,172) surrounding the opening, and a cylindrical extension (74,174) extending from the cap to the free edge (82,182) separated from the flap. 14. A dispensing lid as specified in any of the claims 7 through 13, which is provided by the manner in which the top (78, 178) of the covering (74, 174) creates a sealing bond at the mouth of the shared packaging.

15. A valve opening as specified in any of the claims 7 through 14, which is governed by the nature of the connecting wall (22,122) of the valve (12, 122) to be cylindrical in shape.

16. An open-type cover as specified in any of the claims 7 through 15, which is provided by the nature of the connecting parts (80,180) of the enclosed parts (74,174) to be continuous around a circle.
