Abstract

Claims (1)
1.กรรมวิธีในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำปะหลังให้มีความชื้นน้อยลง ซึ่งขั้นตอนประกอบด้วย (ก) นำหัวมันสำปะหลังมาขจัดน้ำออกด้วยเครื่องมือกล ให้มีความชื้นเหลืออยู่ 35% (ข) นำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากข้อ (ก) มาผ่านขบวนการอัด ให้มีรูปทรงตามที่ต้องการ (ค) นำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากข้อ (ข) ซึ่งยังอยู่ในสภาพเป็นเม็ดที่ยังนิ่มไม่แข็งตัวมาผ่านขบวนการเพิ่มความร้อนให้อุณหภูมิสูงขึ้น เป็นระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเปลี่ยน ปฏิกิริยาอณูของเม็ดแป้ง และน้ำที่หลงเหลือให้มีลักษณะคล้ายกาวแป้งเปียก (ง) ผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากข้อ (ค) เข้าเครื่องดูดความร้อนหรือเป่าลมทันทีเพื่อให้แป้งที่มีอยู่ในผลิตภัณฑ์และมีลักษณะคล้ายกาวแป้งเปียกเกิดการหดตัว และยึดเกาะกัน และ (จ) ผ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากข้อ (ง) เข้าสู่ชุดปรับความชื้นให้มีความชื้นไม่มากกว่า 14%
