The composition of transatosome particles containing the active ingredient consists of: a. Active ingredient, 1-10% by weight of the total composition; b. The method for preparing trans atosome particles consists of: a. Preparing a lipid solution and active ingredient by dissolving 0.5-5% (by weight) of the lipid group in 5-15% (by weight) of solvent. Stir until homogeneous. Then add 0.5-5% (by weight) of the active ingredient and stir again until homogeneous. b. Preparing a stabilizer by dissolving 4-10% (by weight) of stabilizer in 50-85% (by weight) of water and stirring until homogeneous. (Page 2 of 2) c. Preparing atosome particles to encapsulate the active ingredient by mixing the stabilizer prepared in step b) with the lipid solution and active ingredient prepared in step a) under ultrasonic waves. The resulting mixture is cloudy white and does not separate or settle. d. Stirring the mixture from step c) overnight to evaporate the solvent. The active ingredient consists of volatile oils.
