Abstract

The roller-free dyeing machine consists of a circular basin with a neck at the top, a tail section with an upper inlet extending vertically and a lower outlet provided at the bottom. A large pipe passage is located below the neck of the circular basin and connects the neck of the circular basin and the lower outlet of the aforementioned tail section. A smaller pipe passage connects the neck of the circular basin to the upper inlet of the aforementioned tail section. The first chamber is mounted on the large pipe passage and has the first filter mesh at the bottom. A second chamber is mounted on the large pipe passage and has the second filter mesh at the bottom. A smaller pipe connects the first and second chambers to the circular basin, and a pump is connected to these first and second chambers through the aforementioned smaller pipe.
