Claims (6)
1. กระบวนการสำหรับทำแกรนูลแป้งไม่เป็นพรีเจลลาติไนซ์ที่ถูกยับยั้งด้วยความร้อน ซึ่งประกอบรวมด้วยขั้นตอน a) การดีไฮเดรทติ้งแกรนูลแป้งไม่เป็นพรีเจลลาติไนว์จนไร้น้ำอย่างมีนัย สำคัญหรือไร้น้ำ ; และ b) ขณะที่ทำการรักษาแกรนูลแป้งไม่เป็นพรีเจลลาติไนว์ที่ถูกดีไฮเดรทจน จนไร้น้ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญหรือไร้น้ำ ก็กระทำด้วยความร้อนที่อุณหภูมิ 100 องศาเซลเซียส หรือ มากกว่า เป็นเวลาที่เพียงพอต่อการยับยั้งแป้ง
