Capillary tubes are then opened near the folded end of the bag to drain the water, which may otherwise be left in its lowest position. Thus, the capillary action ensures the bag remains in its folded position.

Claims

1. A collapsible weir made of a flexible bag that can be inflated with water is attached to the top of the concrete structure. It is characterized by having a hose, one which is inserted from the conduit and downstream, or from the water discharge hose when the water extraction and discharge hoses are separated into the collapsible bag. And was opened near the folded end of the bag.
