The steps are as follows: Fresh avocado flesh, which has been reduced in size, is heated to reduce moisture. The filtered oil is then centrifuged to separate the oil from the non-oil components. Finally, the resulting oil is distilled. A skin moisturizing cream formula containing avocado oil, consisting of: 8-10% by weight of avocado oil, 7% by weight of emulsifiers, 4-6% by weight of moisturizers, 2% by weight of humectants, 0.1% by weight of antioxidants, 0.5% by weight of preservatives, and water, adjusting the total weight to 100% by weight. ------------ ------August 17, 2021------(OCR) 1. Avocado oil extraction process. The process involves the following steps: A. Reducing the moisture content of fresh avocado flesh by heating it in a oven at 50-80 degrees Celsius for 3-6 hours, or ideally at 65-75 degrees Celsius for 4-5 hours. B. Cut the dehydrated avocado flesh into small pieces, add water at a ratio of 1-3% of dry weight, and gently heat. Next, extract the oil using an oil press (step B). Set aside the oil and separate the oil from the remaining pulp by filtering with cheesecloth or No. 1 filter paper. Centrifuge the filtered oil to separate it from any non-oil components such as water or pulp fragments. Repeat this process. Collect all the extracted avocado oil (step C). Next, distill the pure avocado oil obtained from step C at 65-85°C, mixing in 0.05% phosphoric acid and stirring continuously for 30-50 minutes. Then add sodium hydroxide and wait until a complete soap layer forms. Separate the bottom soap layer. Finally, rinse the remaining oil solution with water several times to neutralize the pH. Finally, remove the color and odor from the oil obtained from step E using charcoal powder, mixing it into the solution and stirring continuously for about half an hour. The mixture is filtered and stirred continuously again at 10-15°C for 24-36 hours. Centrifugation is then used to separate the charcoal powder, yielding avocado oil suitable for use as an ingredient in cosmetic products. 2. The avocado oil extraction process consists of the following steps: a. Fresh avocado flesh, which has been reduced in size, is heated to reduce moisture content by baking at 50-80 degrees Celsius for 3-6 hours, or ideally at 65-75 degrees Celsius for 4-5 hours. b. The dehydrated avocado flesh is cut into small pieces, mixed with water at a ratio of 1-3% of dry weight, slightly heated, and then pressed to extract the oil using an oil press. c. The oil obtained from step b is left to stand, and the oil and any remaining pulp are separated by filtration using cheesecloth or #1 filter paper. The filtered oil is then centrifuged to separate the oil from any remaining solids such as water or pulp fragments. This process is repeated, and the extracted avocado oil is collected. Step d. Take the pure avocado oil extracted in step c and distill it at 65-85°C, mixing in 0.05% phosphoric acid and stirring constantly for 30-50 minutes. Then add sodium hydroxide and wait until a soap layer is completely formed. Separate the bottom soap layer. Step e. Wash the remaining oil solution after separating the soap layer with water several times to neutralize the pH. Step f. Remove the color and odor from the oil obtained from step e using charcoal powder. Mix it into the solution and stir constantly for about half an hour. Filter it and stir continuously again at 10-15°C for 24-36 hours. Centrifugation separates the charcoal powder, resulting in avocado oil suitable for use as an ingredient in cosmetic products. 2. A skin cream formulation for use on the skin containing avocado oil extracted using the extraction method specified in Patent 1, which includes 8-10 percent by weight of avocado oil, 7 percent by weight of emulsifiers, 4-6 percent by weight of moisturizers, 2 percent by weight of humectants, 0.1 percent by weight of antioxidants, and 0.5 percent by weight of preservatives.
