Abstract

The battery-powered surface algae filter consists of a stainless steel water tank welded to a stainless steel frame and a stainless steel bottom tray, along with TVC water delivery pipes, a water inlet, a water discharge pipe from the suction pump (connected to the suction pump's hose), a DC suction pump assembly, and wiring for the suction pump, which is powered by a battery. It includes a mesh screen for cheesecloth, a sediment sweeping arm, a control switch, and a top drain hole to channel water into the stainless steel collection tank before flowing to the bottom drain hole. Due to rapidly changing environmental conditions, water sources and rivers are affected by urban expansion, population growth, and increased waste flowing into water bodies and rivers. This results in environmental changes, including waste from daily human activities such as buildings, industries, and agriculture. This system addresses the problem of algae growth and helps to improve water quality in water sources.

Battery-powered surface algae filter consists of a complete set of components including a stainless steel water tank (1) connected to a stainless steel frame (2) and a stainless steel bottom tray (14), along with PVC water pipe connections (10), a water filling port (11), a water discharge pipe from the suction pump (12) connected to a 1-inch suction pump hose (9) connected to a DC water pump assembly (8), a suction pump wiring harness (13) connected to a battery (15) to power the algae filter, a mesh set for placing cheesecloth (3), an algae sediment sweeping arm (4) with a control switch (5), an upper water drain hole (6) draining water into the stainless steel water tank (1) before flowing down to the lower water drain hole (7). The stainless steel algae filter consists of a stainless steel water tank (1), an upper water drain hole (6) and a mesh set for placing cheesecloth (3) to filter and trap algae drawn up from the water source. When the water is filtered through the cheesecloth, On the screen, it will flow down into the water tank before flowing out through the drain hole at the bottom (7) of the stainless steel water tank (1). The stainless steel algae filter is divided into 2 parts.
