Abstract

แก้ไข 29/08/2559 (22/08/59) กรรมวิธีการผลิตเม็ดพลังงานกึ่งปิโตรเลียมจากขยะชุมชนโดยอาศัยเครื่องจักร เริ่มจากนำขยะ ชุมชนเข้ามาทำการฆ่าเชื้อโดยใช้สารฆ่าเชื้อที่เป็นของเหลว จากนั้นนำขยะผ่านเครื่องแยกขยะจะได้ อินทรียวัตถุและอนินทรีย์วัตถุ อนินทรีย์วัตถุที่แยกออกมาส่วนใหญ่มีองค์ประกอบตั้งต้นมาจากสาร ปิโตรเลียมจึงมีค่าความร้อนที่สูงมาก แต่ยังอยู่ในรูปของผลิตภัณฑ์ จึงต้องทำการบดย่อยก่อน เมื่อย่อย แล้วก็ทำการรีดน้ำออกโดยใช้เครื่องรีดน้ำเพื่อลดความชื้น จากนั้นนำไปเข้าเครื่องอัดเม็ดจะได้เม็ดพลังงาน กึ่งปิโตรเลียม เม็ดพลังงานที่ได้จะมีค่าความร้อนที่สูงมากและคงที่รวมทั้งไม่มีกลิ่นเหม็นเมื่อนำไปใช้งาน เม็ดพลังงานนี้พร้อมนำไปป้อนให้กับโรงไฟฟ้าหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆเพื่อทดแทนนำมันหรือถ่าน หินได้ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- แก้ไข 11/02/2559 (27/01/59) นำขยะมาฆ่าเชื้อแล้วผ่านเครื่องแยกขยะจะได้อินทรีย์วัตถุกับอนินทรีย์วัตถุ อนินทรีย์วัตถุจะนำไป บดย่อย แล้วทำการรีดนํ้าออก จากนั้นนำมาอัดเป็นเม็ด จะได้เม็ดพลังงานกึ่งปิโตรเลียม ---------------------------------------------------------- คำขอใหม่ปรับปรุง นำขยะมาฆ่าเชื้อแล้วผ่านเครื่องแยกขยะจะได้อินทรีย์วัตถุกับอนินทรีย์วัตถุ อนินทรีย์วัตถุจะนำไป บดย่อย แล้วทำการรีดน้ำออก จากนั้นนำมาอัดเป็นเม็ด จะได้เม็ดพลังงานกึ่งปิโตรเลียม Revised 29/08/2016 (22/08/2016) Process for producing semi-petroleum pellets from municipal waste using machinery Starting with the garbage The community came to sterilize using liquid disinfectants.
