The appropriate amount is 10-30 percent by weight. 6. The formulation of the nanoemulsion containing the synthetic active ingredient that repels mosquitoes, as per claim 4 or 5, where the moisturizing agent can be selected from the group consisting of glycerin, propylene glycol, or a mixture of such substances. 7. The formulation of the nanoemulsion containing the active ingredient that repels mosquitoes, as per claim 1 to 6, also contains a fragrance. 8.
