Abstract
กรรมวิธีของการผลิตท่อนที่ใช้เป็นกรอบหน้าต่างฉนวนความร้อนได้รับการเปิดเผยไว้ โดยประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ a) จัดหาท่อนโลหะที่มีลักษณะยาว และประกอบด้วยผนังชั้น นอกที่อยู่ห่างจากกันคู่หนึ่ง โดยมีผนังคั่นกลางผนังแรกอยู่ ระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองเพื่อให้เกิดเป็นร่องยาวร่องแรกอยู่ ระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองนั้นในด้านหนึ่งกับผนังยาวผนังที่ สองที่ต่อเชื่อมผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองไว้ เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นร่อง ยาวร่องที่สองขึ้นระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองในอีกด้านหนึ่ง b) จัดวางแผ่นฉนวนความร้อนลงบนก้นของร่องแรก และกรอก ยางฉนวนความร้อนเข้าไปในร่องแรกนั้น c) แยกผนังแรกออกเป็นสองส่วนด้วยวิธีของการจัดให้มี ช่องว่างอยู่ในแนวยาวของส่วนกลางของผนังที่สองนั้น และ d) จัดวางแผ่นฉนวนความร้อนลงบนก้นของร่องที่สอง และ กรอกยางฉนวนความร้อนเข้าไปในร่องที่สองนั้น

1. กรรมวิธีของการผลิตท่อนที่ใช้เป็นกรอบหน้าต่างซึ่งประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนของการ a) จัดหาท่อนโลหะที่มีลักษณะยาว และประกอบด้วยผนังชั้น นอกที่อยู่ห่างจากกันคู่หนึ่ง โดยมีผนังคั่นกลางผนังแรกอยู่ ระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองเพื่อให้เกิดเป็นร่องยาวร่องแรกอยู่ ระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองนั้นในด้านหนึ่งกับผนังยาวผนังที่ สองที่ต่อเชื่อมผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองไว้ เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นร่อง ยาวร่องที่สองขึ้นระหว่างผนังชั้นนอกทั้งสองในอีกด้านหนึ่ง b) จัดวางแผ่นฉนวนความร้อนลงบนก้นของร่องแรก และกรอก ยางฉนวนความร้อนเข้าไปในร่องแรก
