The process consists of (a) a reaction between a substance with the general formula as follows (chemical formula), where B, R3, R4, R5 and n have the meanings as defined in Reputation 1 and Hal represents a halogen atom, and a substance with the general formula as follows (chemical formula), where R1 and R2 have the meanings as defined in Reputation 1, or (b) a reaction.
