1.โพลิเพปไทด์ตัวลำเลียงซูโครสที่เป็นรูปเเปรซึ่งมี (a)ลำดับเบสกรดอะมิโนที่มีเอกลักษณ์อย่างน้อย 95% เมื่อเทียบกับลำดับเบสกรดอะมิโน ดังที่ระบุไว้ใน SEQ ID NO24 ตามวิธีการปรับเเนวเเบบ Clustal W เเละมีการเปลี่ยนเเปลงของกรดอะมิโน อย่างน้อยหนึ่งตัวซึ่งเลือกจากกลุ่มที่ประกอบด้วย (i)ลิวซีนเป็นโพรลีนที่ตำเเหน่ง 61 (ii)เฟนิลอะลานีนเป็นลิวซีนที่ตำเเหน่ง 159 (iii)ไกลซีนเป็นซ:
