Abstract

The method involves fabricating building structures by spraying synthetic foam and concrete into the inside of bellows formwork, which has anchors for attaching reinforcing bars. The anchors are positioned so that they can be inserted into the completed foam layer. The concrete layers are sprayed layer by layer, ensuring that at least one layer is sprayed into the anchor base before the reinforcing bars are attached to the anchors.

Claims (4)

1. Method for the manufacture of building structures in which a pumpable formwork (1) provided with an air extractor (12) is installed in a manner that is completely airtight to the base or foundation (7), in which the formwork (1), using the appropriate device, is inflated and, after being properly shaped by inflation, a layer of synthetic foam (2) is sprayed into the inside of the formwork (1). Anchors, each with a perforated end plate (6) to which the arms (10) of the anchors are attached, are placed so that the end plate (8) is attached to the synthetic foam (2) with the arms (10) pointing inward. Reinforcing bars (4) are attached to the arms (10). After the first layer of concrete (5) is sprayed onto the synthetic foam (2) in such a manner that the synthetic foam (2) is initially manufactured to the required final thickness, only then are the anchors and arms (8,10) placed and attached to the synthetic foam (6) by insertion. The bent end (9) is cut free from the end plate (8) and is shadowed to be perpendicular to the plane of the end plate (8) of the anchor, which is embedded into the inside of the synthetic foam layer (2). 2. The method under claim 1 is characterized by the reinforcement, at least in the horizontal plane, being a pre-tensile reinforcing material. 3. The method under either claim 1 or 2, whereby the manufacture of window frames and similar structures is carried out, the frame is placed on top of a layer of synthetic foam and secured by spraying a layer of concrete, such that the frame is a temporary structure in which its characteristics and dimensions match those of the final window frame, and this frame is placed on top of a layer of synthetic foam, and after the spraying of concrete, the foam material is removed from the position of the frame, and the frame is removed and replaced with the final window frame. 4. An anchor used for any one or more of the methods under claims 1 through 3 consists of an end plate with a shape to which the arm is to be attached such that such end plate (3) has a tip (9) which is cut free from the end plate (8) and bent to a position perpendicular to the plane of the end plate (8) and overlaps the said arm (10) (4 claims, page 1, figure 3).
