Abstract

DC60 (23/09/54) แก้วชีวภาพเป็นวัสดุทางการแพทย์ที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้กันอย่างกว้างขวาง เนื่องจากมี ความสามารถเข้ากันได้ดีกับเนื้อเยื่อของมนุษย์ ไม่ก่อให้เกิดพิษ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม วัสดุแก้วชีวภาพชนิด 45S5 และชนิดอื่นที่มีจำหน่ายตอนนี้ ต้องนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศและมีราคาสูง ซึ่งเป็นเหตุสำคัญทำให้ ต้นทุนในการรักษามีราคาแพง จากปัญหาข้างต้นจึงได้มีการนำวัสดุเหลือใช้จากธรรมชาติ คือแกลบ และกระดูกสัตว์ที่สามารถหาได้ง่ายและมีอยู่มากในประเทศมาใช้ทดแทนสารต่างๆที่เป็น องค์ประกอบหลักในการผลิตแก้วชีวภาพคือ ซิลิกา แคลเซียมออกไซด์ และฟอสฟอรัสเพนตะออก- ไซด์ ซึ่งองค์ประกอบเหล่านี้เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีอยู่เช่นเดียวกันในวัตถุดิบประเภทแกลบและกระดูก สัตว์ ดังนั้นการประดิษฐ์นี้จึงมีความมุ่งหมายในการนำวัสดุจากธรรมชาติทั้งแกลบ และกระดูกวัวมา ทำการสกัด และนำมาใช้เป็นสารทดแทนสารตั้งต้นในแก้วชีวภาพโดยทำการหลอมแบบดั้งเดิม แล้ว จากนั้นทำการปลูกผลึก เพื่อให้แก้วชีวภาพมีคุณสมบัติที่ดีขึ้น แก้วชีวภาพเป็นวัสดุทางการแพทย์ที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้กันอย่างกว้างขวางเนื่องจากมีความสามารถเข้ากันได้ดีกับเนื้อเยื่อของมนุษย์ไม่ก่อให้เกิดพิษแต่อย่างไรก็ตามวัสดุแก้วชีวภาพชนิด45S5และชนิดอื่นที่มีจำหน่ายตอนนี้ต้องนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศและมีราคาสูงซึ่งเป็นเหตุสำคัญทำให้ต้นทุนในการรักษามีราคาแพงจากปัญหาข้างต้นจึงได้มีการนำวัสดุเหลือใช้จากธรรมชาติคือแกลบและกระดูกสัตว์ที่สามารถหาได้ง่ายและมีอยู่มากในประเทศมาใช้ทดแทนสารต่างๆที่เป็นองค์ประกอบหลักในการผลิตแก้วชีวภาพคือ ซิลิกา แคลเซียมออกไซด์ และฟอฟอสรัสเพนตะออกไซด์ ซึ่งองค์ประกอบเหล่านี้เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีอยู่เช่นเดียวกันในวัตถุดิบประเภทแกลบและกระดูสัตว์ดังนั้นการประดิษฐ์นี้จึงมีความมุ่งหมายในการนำวัสดุจากธรรมชาติทั้งแกลบและกระดูกวัวมาทำการสกัดและนำมาใช้เป็นสารทดแทนสารตั้งต้นในแก้วชีวภาพโดยทำการหลอมแบบดั้งเดิมแล้วจากนั้นทำการปลูกผลึกเพื่อให้แก้วชีวภาพมีคุณสมบัติที่ดีขึ้น

1. แก้วชีวภาพจากแกลบและกระดูกสัตว์เพื่อใช้เป็นกระดูกเทียมที่ซึ่งเป็นแก้วเซรามิกที่มีลักษณะพิเศษคือสามารถใช้เป็นวัตถุทดแทนกระดูกและฟันสลายตัวได้ในร่างกายและมีความเข้ากันได้ดีกับเนื้อเยื่อในร่างกายโดยมีส่วนผสมหลักคือกระดูกสัตว์และแกลบแท็ก :
