ชุดอ่านข้อมูลสามมิติเพื่อใช้เป็นบัตรประจำตัว เป็นการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลสามมิติที่บันทึกด้วยแสงเลเซอร์หรือโฮโลแกรม ที่ปลอมแปลงยาก การอ่านข้อมูลใช้เลเซอร์ไดโอดที่มีขนาดเล็ก การรับสัญญาณแสงเลเซอร์ที่กระจายแผ่นฟิล์มโฮโลแกรมนั้นใช้ Matrix สายใยแสง เพื่ออ่านข้อมูลแบบระนาบที่มีความละเอียด สูง วงจรประมวลข้อมูลใช้ไมโครโปรเซสเซอร์เพื่อให้สามารถ อ่านและจดจำข้อมูลสามมิติได้หลาย ๆ Pattern นอกจากนี้ยัง สามารถลบข้อมูลที่ไม่ต้องการได้ด้วย สิ่งประดิษฐ์นี้มีประโยชน์ต่องานด้านความปลอดภัย (Security Application) ได้แก่ ธนาคาร หน่วยงานทหาร ที่ประชุมของ บุคคลสำคัญ และสถานที่ต้องการความปลอดภัยสูง

1. ชุดอ่านข้อมูลสามมิติที่ถูกบันทึกไว้บนแผ่นฟิล์มไฮโลแกรมแบบเชิงซ้อน ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลประจำตัวของแต่ละบุคคลทำเป็น บัตรประจำตัว ประกอบด้วย ภาคการอ่านข้อมูลสามมิติจากแผ่นฟิล์มโฮโลแกรม ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วย แหล่งกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสตรง (11) ที่ใช้ขับเลเซอร์ไดโอด (12) ให้ฉายแสงผ่านเลนซ์รวมแสง (13) เพื่ออ่านแผ่นฟิล์ม โฮโลแกรม (14) โดยมีแมทริก (Matrix) สายใยแสง (15) เป็นตัว ตรวจจับสัญญาณแสงและส่งผ่านไปยังภาคการรับสัญญาณและประมวล ผล ภาคการรับสัญญาณและประมวลผลประกอบด้วย แมทริก (Matrix) หัว วัดแสง (27) ซึ่งจะรับสัญญาแท็ก :
