Abstract

This invention relates to a multi-level material handling vehicle comprising a vehicle body with a chassis, a material handling section mounted on the chassis, and a conveyor section mounted behind the material handling section. The material handling section of this invention has more than one loading platform, where the additional platform floors are vertically movable and have a retractable roof. The conveyor section is vertically movable in a manner that allows material outside the vehicle to be loaded into the material handling section and/or material within the material handling section to be unloaded from the vehicle through the conveyor, and can be folded away when not in use.

Claims (2)

A multi-floor material handling vehicle consisting of a body (1) with a chassis (1.1), a material handling section (2) mounted on the chassis (1.1), and a material handling section (3) mounted behind the material handling section (2), with the characteristic that the material handling section (2) has more than one floor, the floor of the additional floor being vertically movable and having a retractable roof, and the material handling section (3) is vertically movable in such a way that material outside the material handling vehicle can be loaded into the material handling section (2) and/or material inside the material handling section (2) can be unloaded from the material handling vehicle through the material handling section (3), and can be folded away when not in use. 2. A multi-floor material handling vehicle as described in Requisition 1 in which the material handling section (2) consists of: - A first floor (2.1) attached to the chassis. (1.1) At the top for loading materials - the frame (2.2) is positioned on the first floor (2.1) - the front wall (2.3) is positioned in front of the frame (2.2) for solid front access - the side walls (2.4) are positioned on both sides of the frame (2.2) for solid side access - the roof section (2.5) is positioned on top of the frame (2.2) in such a way that the roof section (2.5) can slide open and closed horizontally - at least one hydraulic cylinder (2.6) is positioned vertically on the frame (2.2) - the second floor (2.7) is connected to the hydraulic cylinder (2.6) to allow vertical movement and - the end section (2.8) for opening and closing the loading area (2) is positioned in such a way that it can be opened. A material handling vehicle with a multi-layer floor as per claim 2 in which the material handling section (2) is also incorporated with at least one detachable safety latch (2.9) provided on part of the frame (2.2) in a manner that can help prevent the second floor (2.7) from falling down. 7. A multi-layer material handling vehicle under Requisition 1 in which the material handling section (3) is incorporated - a motion control section (3.1) incorporating a hydraulic cylinder (3.1.1) placed under the first floor (2.1), several pulleys (3.1.2) arranged in a way that reduces the force, and several slings (3.1.3) at one end connected to the hydraulic cylinder (3.1.1) placed on the pulleys - a floor (3.2) connected to several slings (3.1.3) at the other end in a way that allows vertical movement, and - at least one first stopper (3.3) placed on the floor (3.2) in a way that can be folded into the floor (3.2) when not in use. 8. A multi-floor material transport vehicle under claim 7 in which the material handling section (3) is also incorporated with at least one second stopper (3.4) which is placed on the floor (3.2) behind the first stopper (3.3). 9. A multi-floor material transport vehicle under claim 8 in which the second stopper (3.4) is incorporated with a slot (3.4.1) placed on top of the floor (3.2) and a rod (3.4.2) which is used to slide into the slot (3.4.1). 10. Which of the above multi-floor material transport vehicles is also incorporated with a fork (4) which is placed on the chassis (1.1) in such a way that the fork (4) can lift the front of the material transport vehicle. A material handling vehicle with a multi-level floor as per Requisition 1, in which the material handling section (2) is comprised of: - a first floor (2.1) attached to the chassis (1.1) at the top for material handling; - a frame (2.2) placed on the first floor (2.1); - a front wall (2.3) placed in front of the frame (2.2) for enclosing from the front; - side walls (2.4) placed on both sides of the frame (2.2) for enclosing from the sides; - a roof section (2.5) placed on top of the frame (2.2) in such a way that the roof section (2.5) can slide open and closed horizontally; - at least one hydraulic cylinder (2.6) placed vertically on the frame (2.2); - a second floor (2.7) connected to the hydraulic cylinder (2.6) to enable vertical movement; and - a rear cover (2.8) for opening and closing the material handling section (2) in such a way that it can be opened.
