The first and second cover panels are shaped to cover at least those sections of the side surface of the frame that are located between the first and second pairs of such horizontal routing lines and are further shaped to allow horizontal access to such rails and straps, which mount the removable cover panels on the outer surface and such routing lines to provide easy access to the raceway cavity and allow electrical wiring to run along it.
