The second series (10 animals) without working. Between the graft and the ends of the tendons stitches side by side. The wound is sutured in layers. The extremity is fixed with plaster Longuet for 21 days. In terms of 10, 20, 60, 130, 270 days, animals are derived from experience. The transplanted dry cut is cut out, from which celluloid blocks are prepared with hematoxylin-dye staining preparations, according to Vahnizon, Schick reaction. Scanning electron microscopy of the surface of transverse sections of the regenerate with the surrounding tissues was carried out on a Psem-500 electron microscope. Observations on the animals to whom the tendons subjected to the treatment according to the proposed method have been transplanted indicate that They have less developed edema of the operated limb and usually subsides by 3-4 days. In the control series, the edema was maintained for a longer time. Histological examination revealed that in the early stages of 10–20 days after transplantation of the tendons processed by the proposed method, proliferation processes are intensive. The chic reaction is positive. In the control series, proliferative processes are weaker; leukocyte and lymphatic infiltrates occur around the graft. The chic reaction is positive (+ -fX. For 50-60 days after transplantation, the tendinous graft is surrounded by fibrous connective tissue and forms a single skin that is movable with respect to the skin with the underlying cellular tissue. Subsequently, both in the experimental and control series, there is a gradual replacement of the graft of the tendon tissue and by day 270. On the cyst of the tendons subjected to the treatment according to the proposed method, a tissue formed by bundles of collagen fibers in the control series (without saturation) among the newly formed fibers there are areas of non-rebuilt homogeneous graft tissue. The adjustment process has not yet been completed. Example 2. The experiments were conducted on 20 male rabbits with an average weight of 4 6 kg All animals are subjected to the same technically operation. The Achilles tendon is exposed, its middle part is excised and the 1.0 cm defect is replaced with a lyophilized tendon allograft in the first series (10 otnyh), treated with a solution containing, ml: Nicotinic Acetylcholine-hlorid0,2 acid (1%). 2.0 Heparin (2000 units) J2.0 Tsaporin J 500000 units. 2.0, - Physiological solution 150.0 at 20 ° C for 24 hours. The second series (10 animals) without treatment. Between the graft and the ends of the tendons impose the stitches side by side. The wound is sutured in layers. The extremity is fixed with plaster Longuet for 21 days. In terms of 10, 20, 60, 130, 270 days, the animals left the experience. The transplanted tendon is cut out, from which cellulose is prepared. Dinovye blocks with hematoxylin-zosin staining, according to Vangison. Chic reaction. Scanning electron microscopy of the surface of transverse sections of the regenerate with the surrounding tissues was carried out on an PSEM-500 electron microscope. Observations on animals to which the tendons transplanted by the proposed method have been transplanted indicate that they have less developed edema of the operated limb and for 3-4 days, as the rule falls. In the control series, the edema was maintained for a longer time. Histological examination revealed that in the early stages of 10–20 days after transplantation of the tendons saturated with the proposed solution, proliferation processes are intensive. The chic reaction is positive (+ -f + H-). In the control series, proliferative processes are less pronounced. Chic reaction (-f-f). Subsequently, both in the experimental and in the control series, there is a gradual replacement of the graft with a tendon tissue. By 50-60 days after surgery, the transplanted tendon is surrounded by fibrous connective tissue, rich in cellular elements. A sliding apparatus is formed between the regenerate and the surrounding tissues. In the control series, there are coarse adhesions between the regenerate and the surrounding tissues. By day 270, a tissue formed by bundles of collagen fibers, between which there are cores of fibrocytes and fibroblasts, is formed at the place of the tendons subjected to processing. In the control series (without saturation), among the newly formed fibers, there are areas of unreconstructed homogeneous graft tissue. Treatment of tendons preserved by the method of sublimation of the proposed method allows saturating the grafts with medicinal substances by natural rehydration. Treatment of lyophilized tendon allografts treated with the proposed method significantly improves the conditions of the reggeratory process, reduces the inflammatory response to the transdlant, and prevents scar tissue from regenerate with the surrounding tissues.
