Description
The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the noBepJtHocTHoft sizing, paper and cardboard methods, and can be used in the manufacture of printing types of paper and cardboard.
Известен волокнистый материал, поверхность которого, обрабатываетс смесью водных растврров меламиноформальдегидной смолы и натриевой соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы f 1 }.A fibrous material is known, whose surface is treated with a mixture of aqueous solutions of melamine-formaldehyde resin and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose f 1}.
1.5% hydrochloric acid solution is used to dissolve the melamine-formaldehyde resin.
However, when the surface of such a material is treated with an acidic resin solution, aging resistance is reduced, and at the same time mechanical strength and whiteness are reduced.
The closest to the right of technical, essence and Yostiga-. My best effect is the method of surface sizing of paper and cardboard by treating the surface with an aqueous solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with a sulfur-containing compound.
According to the well-known method, the processing of a sheet of paper or cardboard is carried out
1211in a neutral or alkaline environment, melamine-formaldehyde resin obtained by direct sulphonation with inorganic sulfonic acid, which provides an improvement in processability and, accordingly, their properties 1211
ухудшает совмещение красок при печатании плоскостную устойчивость , а также снижает производительность печатани .However, the said papers and cardboard have an insufficient level of deformation and surface resistance to pulling out after being soaked in water, which worsens the combination of inks when printing flatness, and also reduces printing performance.

This is due to the fact that, due to incomplete dissolution, the resin forms non-uniform solutions, which less penetrate into the structure of the j-paper structure of paper or cardboard. The technology of such solutions is especially low when applied by spraying from nozzles or with an ori roller to the treatment in the wet part of the machine.
Цель изобретени - снижение Де25 формации и повышение прочности поверхности материала в мокром состб нии , .The purpose of the invention is to reduce deformation and increase the surface strength of the material in the wet state,.
П р и м в р Б, Картон (ГОСТ 793375 ) обрабатывают 2%-ным раствором мeлa a нo-фopмaльдeгиднoй смолы, содержащей ОД моль сульфанилата натри и 0,9 моль лигносульфоната на 1 моль меламина. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of surface sizing of paper and cardboard by treating the surface of the web with a water solution of a melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with a sulfur-containing compound, the surface treatment of the web is carried out with a 2-20% solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with sulfanate sodium or its mixture with lignosulfonate or sodium bisulfite with a modifier content of 0.1-1 mol per 1 mol of melamine. The treatment is carried out in the presence of a substance selected from the group containing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol or starch in an amount of 10-90% by weight of absolutely dry resin. The melamine-formaldehyde resin used in the coating, due to sulfonation by sodium sulfonate or a mixture with lignosulfonate or an inorganic acid salt, is indefinitely dissolved in water, forming 2030% viscosity solutions, preferably 10-20 Cp, capable of curing in a neutral or alkaline medium. Surface sizing paper or cardboard, according to the proposed method, can be carried out in the sizing press, spraying, wetting roller and other known methods. The achievement of this positive effect from the use of the proposed method is determined by the fact that the modified melamine-formaldehyde resin, due to the presence of long chains with a benzene ring and sulfo groups, is highly technological, ensures uniformity and sufficient depth of impregnation of the fibrous structure. It is this sizing that makes it possible to effectively use the high ability of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde resin to strengthen paper and cardboard. In addition, the proposed method allows to increase the stability of indicators and resistance to aging of paper and cardboard. Improving the quality of paper and cardboard in the surface treatment of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde resin depends little on their composition. Therefore, along with pulp, wood pulp can be used in the composition. Examples 1.4. Bleached pulp paper (TU 81-01-487-79) is treated with aqueous solutions of a melamine-formaldehyde resin containing .O, B mol of sodium sulfonate per 1 mol of O, 2, 4, and 10% melamine concentration, respectively, examples. Example B, Cardboard (GOST 793375) is treated with a 2% solution of mela and no-formic resin containing OD mole of sodium sulfonate and 0.9 moles of lignosulfonate per mole of melamine. Example b. Same as in Example 5, but treated with a 20% solution ... Example .. Cardboard (GOST 7933-75) is treated with a mixture of 2% solutions at a ratio of 50:50 sodium carboxymethylcellulose and melamine-formaldehyde resin containing 0.1 mol of sodium sulfonate and 0.2 mol of sodium bisulfite per 1 mol of melamine. Chemically precipitated chalk is added to the sizing solution in an amount of 50% by weight of dry matter, Example 8. Cardboard (GOST 7933-75) is treated with a mixture of 10% solutions at a ratio of 90:10 starch and melamine-formal of a resin containing 0, 4 mol of sodium sulfonate and 0.6 mol of lignosulfonate per 1 mol of melamine. . Example 9. Cellulose and wood pulp paper is treated with a mixture of 2% solutions at a ratio of 10:90 polyvinyl alcohol and melamine-formaldehyde resin, containing 6 moles of 0.1 mol of sodium sulfanate and 0.1 moles of sodium bisulfite. PRIMIR 10-12 (prototype). For comparative data, paper and paperboard are processed in parallel, as in Examples 2 and 5 and 7 with the difference that a resin containing 0.4 mol of sodium sulfomate per 1 mol of melamine is used as a melamine-formaldehyde resin. The test results for the examples are given in the table. As can be seen from the table, the proposed method of processing paper or paperboard, as compared with the prototype, makes it possible to improve their deformation and strength properties in the wet state. Using the proposed Processing method, in comparison with existing methods, reduces the rejection of paper and cardboard due to delamination and warping during printing, improves printing performance and quality of printed products, reduces the volume of paper and cardboard, or uses lower quality semi-finished products (waste paper , increase the pulp content).
