Description
0,81.neck tensile strength, elongation and resistance to heat aging of the rubber from this mixture. This goal is achieved by the fact that a rubber mixture based on styrene-butadiene rubber, including a vulcanization accelerator — a halogen-containing organic compound — contains N- (p-carboxyaryl) -imide-1, 4,5,6,7, 7-hex1 HL orbricyclo as the accelerator. - (2, 2,1) hept-5-en-2, 3-dicarboxylic acid in the amount of 0.3-3 parts by weight per 100 weight. rubber The formula proposed sousorite vulcanization of C1. , M.p. 324-326 ° C. This halogen-containing compound is obtained by a known acylation reaction of anhydride and amino acids with intra-molecular cyclization and water splitting in 93% yield. Examples 1-3. Prepare a rubber mixture based on butadiene styrene rubber, mark SKS-30 ftPKM, on laboratory rollers by sequential introduction of ingredients. The mixtures of rubber compounds are given in table. 1. Vulcanization of the mixtures is carried out at 143 ° C for 10, 20, 20 minutes at a press pressure of at least 120 kgf / cm. In tab. 2 shows some of the physico-mechanical characteristics of the obtained vulcanizates. From this table. 2 that rubber compounds containing N- (p-carboxyaryl) -imid-1, 4, 5, 6, 7,7-hexachlorobicyclo- (2,2,1) -hept-5-en-2, 3- with a vulcanization time of 20 minutes, dicarboxylic acid is characterized by an increased resistance to scorching, and the rubber of them have better physical and mechanical properties. Thus, the ultimate strength with a minimum amount (0.3 parts by weight of the added compound increases by 17 kgf / cm compared with the prototype, the relative elongation increases by 135% against the known, and the curing time is reduced by 20 minutes. The rubber mixture has good elasticity and high heat aging resistance compared to the control one. The heat aging resistance coefficient at 100,72 h increases in tensile strength from 0.61 to 0.86, and in relative elongation from 0.73 to 0.81.
