5(54) RELEB POWER CONTROL DEVICE The invention relates to automation devices in railway transport, in particular to self-locking devices and electrical interlocking. A rail circuit power monitoring device is known, which contains an inductive, parametric generator with a controllable valve connected by a control input — With the output of a control unit, a two-element phase-sensitive relay, one of the windings of which is connected to the output of the control signal isolation unit, and make contacts between the output winding inductive parametric generator and load 1. A disadvantage of the known device is the ability of the control relay to operate in a pulsed mode with a short om the closure of the output winding, which significantly reduces the reliability of the device at loads close to the maximum. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the device, the input of the pilot signal extraction unit is connected to the input winding of an inductive parametric torus generator, and the second winding is phase sensitive; This relay is connected to the output of the control unit. The drawing shows a circuit diagram of the device. The proposed device contains an inductive parametric generator (IPG) 1, the input windings 2 and 3 of which through the controlled valve 4, together with the control unit 5 are connected to the supply network 6. The control phase-sensitive two-element relay 7 with contacts 7.1 and 7.2 is connected to one winding 8 the output of the control signal extraction unit 9, and another winding 10 - to the output of the control unit 5. The output winding 11 of the IPG, in parallel with which the capacitor 12 is connected, is connected to the output terminals 13 and 14 of the rail track power supply device to which the load is connected via make contacts 7.1 and 7.2 of the control relay 7. The device works as follows. With a healthy valve 4 in the input windings of IPG 2 and 3 pumping current flows, the frequency of the first harmonic of which coincides with the frequency of the signal at the output of block 5
